The information requested on the information request form, application form and the direct debit request form, constitutes the majority of the personal information that School Plan will collect from you during the application process. However, it may also be necessary to contact your school for the purpose of assessing your application and, as the need may arise during the term of the contract. If all the information requested is not provided, School Plan may not be able to assess your application properly.
The information you provide will be used to provide you with further information or to assess your eligibility / application for membership and to enable School Plan to provide benefits to you if your application is accepted.

As our website does not have the facility to enable this to be done on-line, all such requests can be made by telephoning, emailing, writing or faxing a request to this office.
School Plan wants to ensure that you can visit our website with confidence. School Plan takes reasonable steps to preserve the security of personal information in line with this privacy statement. In most browsers, there is a mechanism to check whether data transmissions are secure or not. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Once we receive your transmission however, we take reasonable steps to preserve the security of the information in our own systems.
Cookies are data files that are placed on a user’s hard drive by a Web Server that collects information about the user’s activities at a site. Cookies however, are not employed when accessing the School Plan website and are therefore, not used to collect personal information.
